The Redwood Lion, aka "Leo" is a good-natured, exceptionally handsome 16.1 hand chestnut gelding. He is very social and attentive and a willing worker. Leo inherited good looks from some notable ancestors, including:
- Grandsire "Honour and Glory": millionaire & multiple graded stakes winner
- Grand-dam's sire "Hail to Reason": a champion at 2 and sired 6 champions
